HELP!! Roll die machining 4 axis

Hello my friends, please help me to make the program and G code for this part. I am new in 4th axis machining and I am still learning about how to use the 4 axis.

我乱做了一下，楼主的加工和编程方式我给个建议：
1 加工：尽量避免多轴联动，能单个轴加工的，不用其余的轴，所以，内腔大面建议采用单向或者双向拉，避免第四轴过多的运动
2 编程：如果内腔的形状完全一样的话，只需做一个内腔的刀路，其余内腔的刀路在加工时可以采用子程序或者多个坐标系的方式来解决，无需对每一个内腔编程，容易出错还加大了编程的工作量，加大了电脑的运算量，加大了后处理的时间。

Thankyou, but that is actually part of the problem, the main problem is how to make the toll path fot the outer boundaries not the inner boundaries of the pocket.
I can make a 3d contour then make the axis substitution but how can I remove the remaining material? I mean the what I cannot cut with the contour.

我想问下  平底铣刀 这么大的步距能把底面铣平吗？？我感觉加工完 底面会有坑洼的迹象！！
