If you are refering two part in solid modeling:
% l$ o. a! K) |" HThen select the part A as skeching plane first, then use command > filter, right click > filter\ line , select part B to focus on part A plane.

- u$ Z$ t3 _" m) s. |If you are refering two drawing in 2D drafting, even simple.
% h9 y: m9 }4 q9 yJust open part B drawing, select line to be copy/reference using CTR + C button. Then open out part A drawing, and used CTR +V to paste on the view that you want. |
