Here is official HotFix for Solid Edge ST6 v106.00.00.100 Chinese

! o; \1 y9 e- |& mThis patch addresses an issue that is specific to the Simplified Chinese version of Solid Edge ST6:
7 g) j3 O5 s* {' \7 P( l6 ~PR 6933810 - Rendering UI is unreadable in Chinese version
, @3 w: f$ C, D# N7 D$ p: j6 \To avoid this problem, download the following file :
4 Y+ q2 E8 y/ ?9 YSEST6MP1_CN.zip& X$ W0 \4 e9 a
Close Solid Edge if it is running. $ Q* e! K/ [2 y6 ~- [. V0 g) v
Extract the shaders.mesg file to the ~Solid Edge ST6\Program\Resdlls\0009\Rendering\locale folder to overwrite the existing file.+ q- m7 m" x. g6 l, a( f) b' q
Please note that this fix is applicable ONLY to the Simplified Chinese version of Solid Edge and should not be applied to any other language version.

It's not a common MP1
It's hotfix for ST6 Chinese Simplified version only...
