Here is official HotFix for Solid Edge ST6 v106.00.00.100 Chinese

/ ?+ \+ q2 E% j& F) ]7 d; rThis patch addresses an issue that is specific to the Simplified Chinese version of Solid Edge ST6:
PR 6933810 - Rendering UI is unreadable in Chinese version
# \4 |: P1 S$ Y/ nTo avoid this problem, download the following file :
( C  o/ P# i; p. cSEST6MP1_CN.zip
# y( _* R" U& c0 J5 \Close Solid Edge if it is running.  ; O# L, r8 N$ q+ ?1 U, Q4 n4 X' G4 G
Extract the shaders.mesg file to the ~Solid Edge ST6\Program\Resdlls\0009\Rendering\locale folder to overwrite the existing file.
* a! o$ q$ U: s5 n+ O1 fPlease note that this fix is applicable ONLY to the Simplified Chinese version of Solid Edge and should not be applied to any other language version.

It's not a common MP1
It's hotfix for ST6 Chinese Simplified version only...
