摘要：探讨了工业工程的方法研究技术在熔模铸造中的应用。采用“5W1H”提问技术和0 ]; S2 z8 M5 b) ?. ?9 W
“ECRS”等措施，改进了熔模铸造中蜡模制造的生产工艺过程和工人双手操作方式。改进后的工艺3 |, ~- c3 Q9 `% ^+ M# ]) j+ |; U3 }
过程大幅度提高了生产效率，减轻了工人的劳动强度，提高了产品的质量。
