摘要：探讨了工业工程的方法研究技术在熔模铸造中的应用。采用“5W1H”提问技术和
/ J( k. L$ N6 ^( v“ECRS”等措施，改进了熔模铸造中蜡模制造的生产工艺过程和工人双手操作方式。改进后的工艺( l4 O0 x$ N: M" {5 b
过程大幅度提高了生产效率，减轻了工人的劳动强度，提高了产品的质量。/ S. g: L4 T. X- L
