在国外采购的ASTM A335 P5 钢管,型号8”(219mm),壁厚8.18mm,国外工厂说合同中如果没有约定就不必做压扁试验和弯曲试验,理由是根据A335 附录说明及S3条规定压扁试验作为订货是选择要求,我的理解是A335 14条规定了压扁试验,那么就应该无条件的去做,英文我不太懂,哪位专家帮我落实一下。, {6 ?0 F; N# H- F- ^+ @; J' a. L! N4 A

14.1 Transverse or Longitudinal Tension Test and Flattening* e# o4 n: i7 G# K. B2 U
Test, Hardness Test, or Bend Test—For material heat7 ~ F1 V5 C2 M' s4 ^: _
treated in a batch-type furnace, tests shall be made on 5 % of& x, {* o( Z( U6 [
the pipe from each treated lot (see Note 7). For small lots, at/ i0 w2 v8 q2 ]3 N! A
least 1 pipe shall be tested. For material heat treated by the, E; Z1 o& m( v* r2 i
continuous process, tests shall be made on a sufficient number( m9 c1 j1 b# M6 b* b; D
of pipe to constitute 5 % of the lot (see Note 7), but in no case, K0 q2 \1 Q* ]- ?4 a
less than 2 pipe.
; R# d1 F/ C0 Y/ j' nNOTE 7—The term “lot” applies to all pipe of the same nominal size

14.2 Hardness Test:
) M, W7 e- ?% b& B+ X# d& v14.2.1 For pipe of Grades P91, P92, P122, P911, and P36,
! O( A2 v% o' b! j ?Brinell, Vickers, or Rockwell hardness tests shall be made on- w0 J; t2 ]! @5 v, a. {7 A- ~
a specimen from each lot (see Note 7).8 F( Q# U$ @4 v1 T0 v' V( Z2 `8 a
14.3 Bend Test:& j b, v& N e) b% H0 T. J
14.3.1 For pipe whose diameter exceeds NPS 25 and whose7 y( s0 }2 O$ U& {- ~3 P
diameter to wall thickness ratio is 7.0 or less shall be subjected8 L1 N: D0 {7 \& Q
to the bend test instead of the flattening test. Other pipe whose
& ?6 J1 m9 T3 ldiameter equals or exceeds NPS 10 may be given the bend test
( m! K+ z/ k3 o, f; Z- Ain place of the flattening test subject to the approval of the7 Y7 k3 ?* i% X% z' D, f" ~
purchaser.
8 p% u# u) b* n. X1 d% e14.3.2 The bend test specimens shall be bent at room

the bent portion. The inside diameter of the bend shall be 1 in.

specified, shall be taken in a transverse direction. One test
. H, q1 X2 P# G9 ?specimen shall be taken as close to the outer surface as possible

specimens shall be either 1⁄2 by 1⁄2 in. [12.5 by 12.5 mm] in

corners rounded to a radius not over 1⁄16 in. [1.6 mm] and need

S2. Transverse Tension Tests
6 t1 i+ K3 j% O3 k( n/ u# OS2.1 A transverse tension test shall be made on a specimen' ?& U3 ]' Q$ K) J) h2 ?. m
from one end or both ends of each pipe NPS 8 and over. If this
& `5 {3 s# S5 a: y a0 p2 G, Lsupplementary requirement is specified, the number of tests per
; H7 N" T6 w, F2 Z& jpipe shall also be specified. If a specimen from any length fails. z; w+ Z7 B b1 K6 s2 s: W
to meet the required tensile properties (tensile, yield, and# q3 a. R' p' s8 `! ?
elongation), that length shall be rejected subject to retreatment$ `1 k7 d: I$ M- d H/ `$ @4 F
in accordance with Specification A 999/A 999M and satisfactory

+ ?0 Y3 q+ a$ J9 ^1 B7 t! vS3.1 The flattening test of Specification A 999/A 999M+ A* r W, A9 {1 i1 `
shall be made on a specimen from one end or both ends of each$ ]$ [+ v, m2 \2 h5 ^1 M& U
pipe. Crop ends may be used. If this supplementary requirement$ [% E. E) E5 l# z4 E* \
is specified, the number of tests per pipe shall also be

of ductility prior to satisfactory completion of the first step of% a' O- u8 f. l; ^. n1 v3 ]

A 999M and satisfactory retest. If a specimen from any length
