It is recommended to use COPRA?as User with local administrator rights.
5 P( c3 ~3 T) v' AIf this is not possible, the minimum requirements are that the user is a member 9 T1 c8 b4 u7 Y4 I. E
of the Power User group and the following changes need to be done.; \; E+ z5 o; h+ I! ?4 Z5 I$ L

The following 3 steps are necessary to give a user the rights to work as ( R o+ L. R* o7 S% y0 M
power user (main user)with COPRA:* ~7 ]9 k6 A% X! d7 _' t

1. Disable simple file sharing
6 J4 ]5 ~/ f' Z7 fOpen "My Computer" or the Windows "explorer", click in the menu bar "Tools" / L" G9 o. ^* S- `
and choose "Folder options". You will the option "Simple file sharing (recommended)"
" R0 d& }# g+ O! q7 fin the index card "View". Disable this option.

2. Execute CopraRights.bat% N/ N! m4 L4 o
Browse for the file CopraRights.bat in the COPRA installation directory: k- J6 u5 i5 X4 y: E6 ?% h
in Windows explorer (e.g. C:/Program Files/COPRA2005) and double click it.
' b4 F O" `8 A" w- l4 o$ bYou will be asked for the name of the User who will use COPRA? + R, F4 y% O6 S
Enter the name of the user and confirm with Return.2 b6 t' l' i; u6 {9 j5 z m

3. Give the User access to the registry of the computer& v5 a! G; b' x2 @
Click on the Windows "Start" menu select "run..." next enter "regedt32"
# ~7 x2 Q3 M7 _8 O( ^8 ?7 Sand confirm with OK. The Registry Editor will open.. M8 Z8 V: n6 `0 T

A right mouse key click on this folder opens a context menu - choose the option , w1 T! {' k& S' _+ l/ D' _! T# C
"permissions". Add either a Power User group or simply the desired User and give him % i, T, ?! U* ^7 T
Read-only access.
