| 【摘要】 | 综述了焊接接头匹配的三种类型及其利弊。指出了对于强度较低的钢种,采用等强或超强匹配都是可以的,但对于高强度钢,超强匹配是不利的,等强匹配是可取的,若焊缝韧性明显降低,则采用低强匹配更为有利,它可以获得更大的韧性储备,改善抗断裂性能。关于焊缝韧性指标,根据使用的情况不同也有所不同。 |
| 【英文摘要】 | Three types of strength matching of welded joints for different steels were reviewed. For low strength steels, both the equal and overmatching can be adopted. But for high strength steels, the overmatching can not be used, and the equalmatching is available. If the toughnessof the weld decreases remarkably, the undermatching is more favorable because it will be of benefit to improving fracture toughness of the weld.The toughness index of the weld is dependent on of the application status of the weld. |
