Abstract:
The application of large scale non-grid-connected wind power is multi-directional development way to explore a way of wind power. To build large scale non-grid-connected wind power, is the critical aspect of multi-directional development of wind power. The constructing of large scale non-grid-connected wind power, in the base of “non-grid-connected wind power theory”, taking the building and operation of large scale of wind farm in the areas of rich wind resources, includes R&D and manufacture of wind power equipment accessories, assembling of fans, electricity control system and other industries, and nonferrous metallurgy with much forward correlation degree, salt chemical, large scale of sea water desalting and hydrogen manufacture, and other high power consumption industries with much backward correlation degree,, and operation and maintenance of fans, tourist of wind farm, financing of wind power projects, finance& insurance, etc with much side correlation degree, which make up of modern and comprehensive industry net system related to three industries, multi-direction, multi-industry chains interleaving.

Introduction
Wind power market must be developed towards diversification due to large-scale application of wind power and natural characteristics. Development of non-grid-connected wind power system is the exploitation and practice of diversified development of wind power. It is the important foundation to establish large-scale industry system of non-grid-connected wind power for the diversified development of wind power. Wind power application is enlarged by non-grid-connected wind power, which can be applied in large scale to high energy consumption industries such as nonferrous metallurgical industry (mainly electrolytic aluminum), salt chemical chlor-alkali industry, large-scale seawater desalination, scale hydrogen& oxygen production, deep processing industry taking nonferrous metals as the raw materials, etc. It also accelerates the development of service industries such as maintenance of wind turbine operation, management of wind power market, marine wind farm sightseeing tour, management of investment in and financing of wind power projects and financial
