【中文摘要】	本文根据焊接工艺设计原理，分析了焊接工艺设计的特点，结合CAPP研究现状和工厂的生产实际，提出了系统设计思想，确定了系统总体框架及各模块功能。运用具有强大数据库功能的可视化编程语言Delphi6.0建立了各种数据库，并进行系统界面设计和功能实现。基于《钢制压力容器焊接工艺规程》(JB／T4709-2000)等标准，开发出钢制压力容器焊接CAPP系统。本系统运行时，采用人机对话的方式，在必要环节根据屏幕上的界面提示，人为作出判断，可有效制订焊接工艺卡，以及进行焊接工艺的管理，大大提高焊接技术人员的工作效率。
【英文摘要】	In this paper, the feature of welding process planning is analyzed based on the relevant principles. Considering the exiting conditions of CAPP research and the manufactory, not only the ideas of the system designing are brought forward, but the system framework and corresponding module function are presented.
