全球契约十项原则(The Ten Principles of UN Global Compact)- -

The Global Compact's ten principles in the areas of human rights, labour, the environment and
anti-corruption enjoy universal consensus and are derived from:

The International Labour Organization's Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work

" I/ x+ |) s' \3 a- L9 bThe Global Compact asks companies to embrace, support and enact, within their sphere of
influence, a set of core values in the areas of human rights, labour standards, the environment,
and anti-corruption:
Human Rights
Principle 1: Businesses should support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed
human rights; and
3 r- s: ?2 J0 H* h9 [5 WPrinciple 2: make sure that they are not complicit in human rights abuses.
: k- \- i5 Y0 @8 `Labour Standards
$ G1 X: t5 Y0 m$ S% f% @0 G+ ?Principle 3: Businesses should uphold the freedom of association and the effective recognition of
) \% @3 d) e% ?9 O- Wthe right to collective bargaining;
Principle 4: the elimination of all forms of forced and compulsory labour;
Principle 5: the effective abolition of child labour; and
Principle 6: the elimination of discrimination in respect of employment and occupation.
Environment
) o8 k# S  n  m4 r, ?8 G  YPrinciple 7: Businesses should support a precautionary approach to environmental challenges;

Anti-Corruption
Principle 10: Businesses should work against all forms of corruption, including extortion and

原则1. 企业应在其影响力范围内对保护国际人权给予支持和尊重。

环境
原则7. 企业应支持采用预防性方法来应付环境挑战；
原则8. 采取主动行动，促进在环境方面采取更负责任的做法；并

反腐败
原则10. 企业应反对商业活动中的腐败行为
