1. Install SWE 2011 SP0.0, using the Installation Guides:
SW_Enterprise_PDM_2011_Installation_Guide_Eng.pdf

2. Configure Vault as described in Installation Guide

3.1. Run: Start > All Programs > SWE-PDM > Administration
3.2. Select: License > Open…
3.3. Browse to "license.dat" and click Open
3.4. Click OK
