新技术在铝包钢线生产中的开发应用

摘要:传统的铝包钢线生产工艺已不断成熟，但仍然存在一些问题，如工序中使用酸洗除氧化铁皮不可避免会
+ W6 I; F! K& a& i% Q6 {4 [3 Q8 f+ c造成环境污染;铝包钢包覆过程中的钢铝结合力仍然不够理想;生产中的能耗和工艺装备成本居高不下;双金
属拉丝过程中的效率还会制约设备产能的发挥等等。采用强制涂覆工艺、短槽距连续挤压包覆工艺和双金属
: X$ t- v. q' ?5 r: T. f( _快速同步形工艺等技术生产铝包钢线，较好地解决或改善了这些问题。通过生产实践的检验，取得了良好的
效果。介绍了铝包钢线生产工艺中创新的有益探索和实践。
