GB-T 2408-2008塑料 燃烧性能的测定 水平法和垂直法 等效采用IEC 60695 11-10:1999 以下是IEC 60695 11-10:2003的相关内容

The materials shall be classified HB, HB40 or HB75 (HB = horizontal burning) in accordance

) j5 o+ e* n; B9 L$ J5 @% l5 g ~8.4.1 A material classified HB shall conform to one of the following criteria:+ l J7 C. T6 E! o
a) it shall not visibly burn with a flame after the ignition source is removed;" \; w- j' p' A2 p* z$ R
b) if the test specimens continue to burn with a flame after removal of the ignition source, the
+ V2 r+ y7 k E5 T; L `flame front shall not pass the 100 mm mark;
# A' d, k$ W0 K- z0 U6 {. Mc) if the flame front passes the 100 mm mark, it shall not have a linear burning rate exceeding
( T3 u) y9 w! l. w5 B1 e# D6 `40 mm/min for a thickness of 3,0 mm to 13,0 mm or a burning rate not exceeding9 d9 K' S1 n. d
75 mm/min for a thickness of less than 3,0 mm;* k7 S2 B8 a" ^$ d- I. r- c: w
d) if the linear burning rate does not exceed 40 mm/min for tests with 3,0 mm ± 0,2 mm G \. K$ f2 c: l# s
thickness, it shall automatically be accepted down to a 1,5 mm minimum thickness.
$ ?& `: c: L8 b: o7 ^8.4.2 A material classified HB40 shall present one of the following criteria:
