熔模铸造中蜡模制造的方法研究( O7 Q& N( L% k3 U; R

摘要:探讨了工业工程的方法研究技术在熔模铸造中的应用。采用“5W1H”提问技术和$ `$ g/ K, S) Q( f9 f, r/ A4 t$ O6 v
“ECRS”等措施,改进了熔模铸造中蜡模制造的生产工艺过程和工人双手操作方式。改进后的工艺8 A. h4 j0 y3 j. S
过程大幅度提高了生产效率,减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了产品的质量。: P% d: @8 B% T. ?8 w" c
