[求助] ASTM A335钢管是否必须做压扁试验

在国外采购的ASTM A335 P5 钢管,型号8”(219mm),壁厚8.18mm,国外工厂说合同中如果没有约定就不必做压扁试验和弯曲试验,理由是根据A335 附录说明及S3条规定压扁试验作为订货是选择要求,我的理解是A335 14条规定了压扁试验,那么就应该无条件的去做,英文我不太懂,哪位专家帮我落实一下。

treated in a batch-type furnace, tests shall be made on 5 % of) M9 B+ g. g) F& D1 `
the pipe from each treated lot (see Note 7). For small lots, at1 J! ]+ j; z" H- @! V8 F3 c
least 1 pipe shall be tested. For material heat treated by the. S: [3 U! U  [" P/ p6 s
continuous process, tests shall be made on a sufficient number5 k7 U% L8 G0 I; g6 I$ S
of pipe to constitute 5 % of the lot (see Note 7), but in no case
. O& N; v8 {' O0 E8 Mless than 2 pipe.
9 _, t/ @1 @# }" R, PNOTE 7—The term “lot” applies to all pipe of the same nominal size
9 B7 \+ L, e# x: B# [, N* [and wall thickness (or schedule) which is produced from the same heat of% v7 P0 `8 Z- B" Z3 i
steel and subjected to the same finishing treatment in a continuous
( ^- w) K& z1 `& Wfurnace; when final heat treatment is in a batch-type furnace, the lot shall
# w. {/ R+ H' U% h6 yinclude only that pipe which is heat treated in the same furnace charge.
* [$ U% F# R- B2 _& a) {2 {& D14.2 Hardness Test:
- q+ @7 m( Y5 F/ g5 i14.2.1 For pipe of Grades P91, P92, P122, P911, and P36,
3 @' k, R$ ~! B  \Brinell, Vickers, or Rockwell hardness tests shall be made on5 R1 V/ `2 o" d2 l6 k
a specimen from each lot (see Note 7).
, p' W/ _2 W" D$ b0 F14.3 Bend Test:! ^3 @; g1 M( F$ ~
14.3.1 For pipe whose diameter exceeds NPS 25 and whose7 o2 D) s0 ^( L
diameter to wall thickness ratio is 7.0 or less shall be subjected
9 `1 Y" D+ U3 c! ^to the bend test instead of the flattening test. Other pipe whose
8 @& o( ]  t! H7 I. N' j( c7 Ndiameter equals or exceeds NPS 10 may be given the bend test0 S. @8 i1 h" j& ]$ K
in place of the flattening test subject to the approval of the
0 k7 v" g5 Q5 o3 u! j9 Wpurchaser.: U0 v' {7 ^! i+ V/ _; G0 N
14.3.2 The bend test specimens shall be bent at room
3 Y$ L1 H0 [8 O1 B& Ytemperature through 180° without cracking on the outside of" l. j3 y- q" t5 F* ]( ]
the bent portion. The inside diameter of the bend shall be 1 in.- }: I- I; Y5 T7 [" \9 E, R# ]8 B
[25 mm].
% T- L" }4 L9 Q* V! l14.3.3 Test specimens for the bend test specified in 14.3- K' T5 @5 h1 j: G
shall be cut from one end of the pipe and, unless otherwise) h' u1 l5 u2 V
specified, shall be taken in a transverse direction. One test& d4 C$ G4 A3 S: G
specimen shall be taken as close to the outer surface as possible8 g$ @$ K( G  d3 J
and another from as close to the inner surface as possible. The
) E3 L, V8 u- K& C0 h4 p6 [* n6 Vspecimens shall be either 1⁄2 by 1⁄2 in. [12.5 by 12.5 mm] in
7 i- G! ]+ G+ ~2 m: X5 W& Vsection or 1 by 1⁄2 in. [25 by 12.5 mm] in section with the
* z7 `! H0 @% i9 L& l+ Icorners rounded to a radius not over 1⁄16 in. [1.6 mm] and need
1 P. `! m' y/ c! K$ k: Q& unot exceed 6 in. [150 mm] in length. The side of the samples
, O* q4 m% r& N9 b. Gplaced in tension during the bend shall be the side closest to the3 G2 v2 U: x6 {6 \6 [( n/ e
inner and outer surface of the pipe, respectively.. L2 Z, W8 [% a

附录SUPPLEMENTARY REQUIREMENTS3 T$ k: E; {1 q& A1 H: I/ p
One or more of the following supplementary requirements shall apply only when specified in the
- ]1 h) W+ Z3 H! G/ ?) }+ x; Gpurchase order. The purchaser may specify a different frequency of test or analysis than is provided
7 D5 k- n6 w1 ^* E: O) q% @: |  Kin the supplementary requirement. Subject to agreement between the purchaser and manufacturer,
: `7 ]4 F- K1 B, L; o& X  J+ dretest and retreatment provisions of these supplementary requirements may also be modified.7 }' K0 A( H6 w5 U8 p* m" i+ [
S1. Product Analysis% W7 |. j  F2 e' e+ }
S1.1 Product analysis shall be made on each length of pipe.
6 l: e, d  d! v, @+ _6 N% V5 {Individual lengths failing to conform to the chemical composition2 ?/ w6 F% i/ d0 J, o
requirements shall be rejected.
6 q$ |; U$ g& _+ KS2. Transverse Tension Tests
" n' h4 D8 G& g7 g+ ]9 XS2.1 A transverse tension test shall be made on a specimen
5 ~* |( D3 o- |% U: v, u; Y% |from one end or both ends of each pipe NPS 8 and over. If this6 `8 ~, J/ r  Y/ Z
supplementary requirement is specified, the number of tests per" E+ M4 ^. v0 z
pipe shall also be specified. If a specimen from any length fails$ t! W8 ?( T+ N+ A6 g* w" R1 \
to meet the required tensile properties (tensile, yield, and* c' m* `& Q& D* S" E
elongation), that length shall be rejected subject to retreatment% r. G7 f# ?# B6 A
in accordance with Specification A 999/A 999M and satisfactory) K+ w# P- X# w' q0 S( W" D
retest.
" L* z  R6 j/ s  \. o+ G7 v* _S3. Flattening Test
8 A+ t/ o$ U: k5 R5 U( L" `S3.1 The flattening test of Specification A 999/A 999M/ N* e4 ^% t  p. U0 m6 C
shall be made on a specimen from one end or both ends of each; X' I, _( k% ~$ b; x) Q/ h! h, z
pipe. Crop ends may be used. If this supplementary requirement' h& j# ~3 O7 B: v/ ?: ^& L
is specified, the number of tests per pipe shall also be
  h) R' j# s, S# o( G$ f/ wspecified. If a specimen from any length fails because of lack
) m; k% N' a5 x; m3 }) y! Aof ductility prior to satisfactory completion of the first step of/ x2 H4 j1 P! n$ g* |
the flattening test requirement, that pipe shall be rejected
7 T, f5 ^9 x1 k( h) ~subject to retreatment in accordance with Specification A 999/
; F6 g0 ]5 `4 w" MA 999M and satisfactory retest. If a specimen from any length
8 O6 m5 q5 t, ~1 H" q1 \/ Dof pipe fails because of a lack of soundness that length shall be, s8 Y" A1 l2 o
rejected, unless subsequent retesting indicates that the remaining
0 {+ J4 e- _) plength is sound. The bend test of 13.2 shall be substituted. w) @- |4 \9 p! f
for the flattening test for pipe whose diameter exceeds NPS 25
) \  w- i' l$ Z/ [and whose diameter to wall thickness ratio is 7.0 or less.
