specifications and applicable standards. This effort is completed within the project parameters including fixed5 K7 d9 I. G* ]) A# g4 X
time, cost, human resources, and asset limits. Projects are said to be similar to the mating of two elephants:, s1 A7 t. E4 E' q4 p' Q2 d
They start at a very high level with lots of noise and activity, but it takes forever for anything to materialize!
