高温下用什么型号轴承比较好

我们厂是连铸车间，连铸机都是在高温环境，环境恶劣，扇形段里面轴承经常不转，导致铸坯质量下降甚至停产，我想请问大家高温下用什么型号轴承比较好 ，什么牌子的，大家可以讨论讨论，推荐推荐哦。或者有什么好的的改善措施哦，再次谢谢大家！！

我想第一是金属密封，防尘；第二根据实际情况，选择什么类型的轴承，是双排圆锥滚子还是其它的；当然需要考虑像楼上所提到的径向游隙等轴承的自身间隙；第三能够改善轴承的工作条件或者提高轴承等级；第四是润滑脂或油的选择，须耐高温，并且必须做到经常维护。轴承的问题最好多请教轴承厂家，这应该不是不能解决的问题。

1  可用氧化锆全陶瓷轴承或氮化硅全陶瓷轴承，可耐高温。若温度在250℃以下，也可用奥氏体不锈钢轴承。

4楼所说的轴承并非楼主所说的轧机轴承。3楼过于笼统、宽泛。正像2楼所说轴承不转的主要原因是工作游隙减小、热效应引起抱轴所致而导致轧材精度质量下降。但并不是唯一的原因，其它如密封性能差导致杂质侵入、不当的润滑方式引起轴承过热且进一步丧失精度或发生蠕变现象，都是轧机轴承使用中的常见失效原因。况且不同厂家的同型号轧机的轴承游隙也不完全相同，需要在生产中逐步探索合适的工作游隙。
轧机轴承有多种型号、结构，一般主要指多列的圆柱滚子轴承和圆锥滚子轴承。材料主要是
GCr15、GCr15SiMn、G20Cr2Ni4A。特殊工况下的轴承要进行附加高温回火。

连铸连轧用轴承，一般已有定论，并非所有轴承类型都适合。----尺寸差异，而非类型差异。

说到轴承不转，是说滚道支撑轴承不转？这恐怕还是在于装配时滚道面高度调整的问题。对于损坏的轴承，多加分析总结是否有规律性，也可请教制造厂商。

这种设备在钢厂中应该比比皆是，轧机轴承的使用寿命应当相差无几，如果跟别的厂家有明显差异，建议楼主还是从自身的设备维修、保养和使用环节找原因。

轴承型号的选择需要根据工况来决定，载荷多大，转速多高，是否需要调心性能等等。具有高温要求的可以选用轴承套圈高温回火，国标代号后缀/S0表示轴承套圈经过高温回火处理，工作温度可达150度，/S1工作温度可达200度，/S2工作温度可达250度，/S3工作温度可达300度，，/S4工作温度可达350度。再选用高温油脂后缀/LHT的。/LHT1:-40~+150度  ，/LHT2:-40~+200度，/LHT3:-40~+250度，。/LHT4:-40~+300度。如轴承在高温条件下使用，而没有正确选型，轴承在运转的过程中温度越来越高，导致油脂烧干，保持架断裂，致使轴承抱死不转，套圈回火，硬度降低，如载荷较大，可导致轴承套圈断裂。
