Hi,

I just downloaded HSM v3.0.51.14634 applied your cr@ck, it modified the hsm.dll but the
HSM module shows error about floating operation and the menu doesn't come up.

Is there a newer cr@ck? I used hsm_for_mc_v3.x.x.x_crk

1楼的，我也是用的这个版本的，X3MU1上都是可以用的啊，老大的那个CRACK是可以在5.1上用的
我就安装了，你能够来个你的图形文件给大家测试侃侃看？

I did not find any problems.. Crack works, HSM v3.0.51.14634 works too...Suppose it's you own problem (may be not correct initial parameters)

I installed this application on several newer machines (Intel dual cores/xpsp3/MCX3-MU1) with success

, but one old machine (AMD 2400/xpsp3/MCX3-MU1) refuses to run the application with the above error message for all fininshing and roughing operations.
I tried installing/uninstalling Mastercam x3/mu1 as well as Cimco-HSM with no success.

PS. should I run the c-hook everytime I need to use HSM? Is it normal?
Shouldn't it add new HSM menu items in the list of Mastercam's own machining operations when I right-click on Operation Manager panel??

I had no success running HSM on this system.
I just installed v3.0.53.15030 and here's the result.

I tried exporting geometry as STL and used it as "Geometry Source" in a parallel finish Operation.

Here's the system message.

Information: Initializing parallel finishing strategy3 U& b5 @. ]8 H3 M
Information: Ignoring associated geometry due to explicitly selected stereolithography source.4 T- J! l! [$ a% W( Y- G3 n, A1 x
Information: Using external stereolithography file:///D:/U/GEOM.STL (4.9Mb).
2 D) l5 b' T8 \8 YError: Floating-point operation on denormalized operand at address 0x0b9c886d.

Maybe the cr@ck only works for dual core systems??

On other dual core systems it works fine.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Besides when I select VERIFY from CIMCO HSM Performance Pack menu.
It shows me this message.
The error occurs with both operations. The first one is a builtin Mastercam operation (Blend).
The second is the failed HSM parallel fininsh.
