U8 f) v' I7 b% ?5 ]" F日本质量保证协会( Japan Quality Assurance Organization , JQA) 原名为JMI，成立于1957年10月，是一所经过日本政府-----通商产业省认可的具有独立性、公正性的民间的检验认证机构。1993年原JMI解散，成立了日本质量保证协会（JQA）。总部设在东京，除在东京设有关东事业所、南关东事业所外、还在名古屋设有中部事业所、在大阪设有关西事业所和北关西事业所，共有5个分支机构。 JQA作为国家授权的认证机构，除了可从事强制性产品认证PSE-Mark和自愿认证S-Mark以外，还被政府授权进行根据日本工业标准化法颁发有关原材料结构测试与检查的JIS-Mark和日本医药事务法进行的医疗设备的检测。 3. 加入国际组织情况 JQA作为日本的国家认证机构NCB加入IECEE，并可颁发家用电器，信息技术，电子娱乐设备，照明电器，安全变压器以及电磁兼容（EMC）的CB测试证书。JQA认可IECEE-CB体系成员国颁发的包含有日本国家差异的电线电缆，电容器，低压电器，电动工具，器具开关类的CB测试报告和证书。
