8.4 分级
根据下面给的判据，应将材料分成HB、HB40和HB75（HB＝水平燃烧）级。
8.4.1 HB级材料应符合下列判据之一：
) o- x- C3 A: ~5 A& X0 ta) 移去引燃源后，材料没有可见的有焰燃烧；
8 r0 a. b! J* f1 t8 n6 Pb) 在引燃源移去后，试样出现连续的有焰燃烧，但火焰前端未超过100mm标线；
, a; f1 r! Q6 L; Lc) 如果火焰前端超过100mm标线，但厚度3.0mm~13.0mm/其线性燃烧速率未超过40mm/min,或厚度低于3.0mm时未超过75mm/min；
d) 如果试验的厚度为3.0±0.2的试样，其线性燃烧速率未超过40mm/min，那么降至1.5mm的厚度时，就应自动地接受为该级。
; s7 B3 d) G! J) w8.4.2 HB40级材料应符合下列判据之一：
a) 移去引燃源后，没有可见的有焰燃烧；
b) 移去引燃源后，试样持续有焰燃烧，但火焰前端未达到100mm标线；
C）如果前端超过100mm标线，线性燃烧速率不超过40mm/min。

% }2 x3 w3 E; N2 V9 x5 |8.4.1 A material classified HB shall conform to one of the following criteria:
a) it shall not visibly burn with a flame after the ignition source is removed;

7 e7 F$ X3 x4 ?- x- Sflame front shall not pass the 100 mm mark;
c) if the flame front passes the 100 mm mark, it shall not have a linear burning rate exceeding

75 mm/min for a thickness of less than 3,0 mm;
d) if the linear burning rate does not exceed 40 mm/min for tests with 3,0 mm ± 0,2 mm
thickness, it shall automatically be accepted down to a 1,5 mm minimum thickness.

a) it shall not visibly burn with a flame after the ignition source is removed;
b) if the test specimens continue to burn with a flame after removal of the ignition source, it
shall not have the flame front pass the 100 mm mark;

8.4.3 A material classified HB75 shall not have a linear burning rate exceeding 75 mm/min, if the flame front passes the 100 mm mark.
