我公司购买的ＧＬＥＡＳＯＮ２４５ＴＷＧ机床用自动上料器时，加工的工件齿向乱，问题应该在上顶尖，但不知如何改进

Gleason公司展出一台蜗杆砂轮磨齿机（245TWG型），为德国子公司（Hurth，200人）生产，磨齿精度可达4-5级，带自动上下料机构，采用SIEMENS　840D　NC系统，售价90万欧元，Gleason 245 TWG Threaded Wheel Grinder is a newly-developed vertical grinding machine for dressable grinding worms. It is simple to automate and can be supplied with or without a tailstock.

从你的描述“加工的工件齿向乱”分析看，应该是加工调整卡参数（如滚比）有误或工件夹紧力不够方面的问题。
