[求助] ASTM A335钢管是否必须做压扁试验

在国外采购的ASTM A335 P5 钢管,型号8”(219mm),壁厚8.18mm,国外工厂说合同中如果没有约定就不必做压扁试验和弯曲试验,理由是根据A335 附录说明及S3条规定压扁试验作为订货是选择要求,我的理解是A335 14条规定了压扁试验,那么就应该无条件的去做,英文我不太懂,哪位专家帮我落实一下。

14. Mechanical Tests Required

Test, Hardness Test, or Bend Test—For material heat6 A# p  O- R0 _( \/ R2 x4 z) I& I
treated in a batch-type furnace, tests shall be made on 5 % of
* v$ `7 l! b% k* k6 Xthe pipe from each treated lot (see Note 7). For small lots, at7 i0 F  z2 }8 O) t- O8 d" M
least 1 pipe shall be tested. For material heat treated by the7 p) j1 _$ [! X- a& i( J- {
continuous process, tests shall be made on a sufficient number+ j4 g3 N# h- |. E% [# [
of pipe to constitute 5 % of the lot (see Note 7), but in no case& {9 u) j! l7 f) G) `7 H
less than 2 pipe.% J8 K5 v0 s" G* ?$ \+ I7 W0 L
NOTE 7—The term “lot” applies to all pipe of the same nominal size# j4 E8 K5 f. s3 G% ^
and wall thickness (or schedule) which is produced from the same heat of6 w- r' `% D. F! D
steel and subjected to the same finishing treatment in a continuous8 a: ]9 a: M' C5 Z
furnace; when final heat treatment is in a batch-type furnace, the lot shall# e9 {. A& i) F0 R2 _: ]
include only that pipe which is heat treated in the same furnace charge." T4 g2 U+ B8 q8 v4 b$ r% @
14.2 Hardness Test:1 `3 d, x, M- h4 y+ \! b. t, M/ E
14.2.1 For pipe of Grades P91, P92, P122, P911, and P36,' r) ?% n/ L, F! y. n3 n
Brinell, Vickers, or Rockwell hardness tests shall be made on0 b1 B1 o( {+ O( l5 o
a specimen from each lot (see Note 7).
/ I* k$ l9 W1 Q$ G) V- Z14.3 Bend Test:
7 F+ r9 j# K; W& L8 H- m3 r14.3.1 For pipe whose diameter exceeds NPS 25 and whose
! N' v2 d; b3 L) P2 L/ A# wdiameter to wall thickness ratio is 7.0 or less shall be subjected
6 [0 r  P- y4 `# w( \$ jto the bend test instead of the flattening test. Other pipe whose
7 l" o5 ?5 R+ N; |. [  J$ {1 xdiameter equals or exceeds NPS 10 may be given the bend test4 [# i/ [" s' o7 g$ n
in place of the flattening test subject to the approval of the9 U3 C: I  n, w3 X" M
purchaser.( r" Z7 h, c7 i1 W2 [8 o0 z9 `
14.3.2 The bend test specimens shall be bent at room
  Q! z5 Y1 F" T& ~& Z, Jtemperature through 180° without cracking on the outside of* }; j7 v3 ^4 h
the bent portion. The inside diameter of the bend shall be 1 in.

, ]/ c' F  A: v* s+ o$ t14.3.3 Test specimens for the bend test specified in 14.3, ]' A8 ^" A* J0 j
shall be cut from one end of the pipe and, unless otherwise( h: b: h- ^. @4 |" @
specified, shall be taken in a transverse direction. One test" A4 S) A% k  ]* w! q1 J7 D
specimen shall be taken as close to the outer surface as possible
/ l. @8 ~. I% n1 L9 m5 |# Qand another from as close to the inner surface as possible. The
3 A+ ]" |: z6 B3 K( ^+ v1 @) wspecimens shall be either 1⁄2 by 1⁄2 in. [12.5 by 12.5 mm] in6 v8 s- p% D" M" r
section or 1 by 1⁄2 in. [25 by 12.5 mm] in section with the
1 a' k$ i+ s8 Kcorners rounded to a radius not over 1⁄16 in. [1.6 mm] and need8 ]4 p; i5 u0 [0 L
not exceed 6 in. [150 mm] in length. The side of the samples) j' p7 E, m- @* l
placed in tension during the bend shall be the side closest to the
# |9 `9 p0 j! V) l. }- `inner and outer surface of the pipe, respectively.

附录SUPPLEMENTARY REQUIREMENTS
  P% ^( {3 i% q, i* K: q  OOne or more of the following supplementary requirements shall apply only when specified in the
! ]0 u9 y5 ~. r( c3 V8 B. Tpurchase order. The purchaser may specify a different frequency of test or analysis than is provided
7 v& Y( w% T( m% S8 ein the supplementary requirement. Subject to agreement between the purchaser and manufacturer,
+ ^+ m( S2 r$ ^retest and retreatment provisions of these supplementary requirements may also be modified.
  T% q. `- k. X/ _+ H. CS1. Product Analysis$ ^. a5 r% [' h% S7 E
S1.1 Product analysis shall be made on each length of pipe.
: a0 I2 }6 G  k" \Individual lengths failing to conform to the chemical composition2 Q. i$ X! s3 X
requirements shall be rejected." F8 u( J  b* [+ P* {% p* F- t
S2. Transverse Tension Tests
5 O( I- b8 ]3 Y4 M& fS2.1 A transverse tension test shall be made on a specimen
- J$ y5 R2 s' L$ X. o7 r5 Hfrom one end or both ends of each pipe NPS 8 and over. If this
. Z2 W( m+ f$ m8 Gsupplementary requirement is specified, the number of tests per: o# A7 x, f' w
pipe shall also be specified. If a specimen from any length fails8 ?  F  n  M6 N6 ?
to meet the required tensile properties (tensile, yield, and+ b6 ?5 ]; Q/ r& h# J
elongation), that length shall be rejected subject to retreatment
( i) T3 W7 _8 T! Ein accordance with Specification A 999/A 999M and satisfactory* D4 i" n) d! h9 i# |3 L
retest.7 Z% n5 K2 ~3 Z; W8 k8 O
S3. Flattening Test
( n1 y% w/ b+ B# CS3.1 The flattening test of Specification A 999/A 999M+ o2 @. Y8 w  B  |
shall be made on a specimen from one end or both ends of each
& O& u1 @& {# R" @3 T: I2 ipipe. Crop ends may be used. If this supplementary requirement
8 @. R: Z& z4 \. Bis specified, the number of tests per pipe shall also be
" X+ l+ ^5 S5 v5 Lspecified. If a specimen from any length fails because of lack
2 C4 i# o5 c6 d- b; l. xof ductility prior to satisfactory completion of the first step of
; A8 R8 |7 ^. @6 V4 @* pthe flattening test requirement, that pipe shall be rejected
+ e0 z! h+ [5 m  osubject to retreatment in accordance with Specification A 999/
/ V& @9 v7 T0 q! nA 999M and satisfactory retest. If a specimen from any length' @0 [/ _. f+ ~9 m, G$ k% c* Z
of pipe fails because of a lack of soundness that length shall be/ N3 ~0 _3 a3 ~# |& s
rejected, unless subsequent retesting indicates that the remaining/ Q9 b3 i- K, [" T: O( m" _
length is sound. The bend test of 13.2 shall be substituted
2 U. f. X! m2 d3 F9 g' j1 `5 Z  Hfor the flattening test for pipe whose diameter exceeds NPS 25
9 `( [. A4 l# D" b  h5 j4 Fand whose diameter to wall thickness ratio is 7.0 or less.
