It is recommended to use COPRA?as User with local administrator rights. 8 p) }/ ^. u3 p9 I' C" y
If this is not possible, the minimum requirements are that the user is a member

The following 3 steps are necessary to give a user the rights to work as - o9 q5 ]# Q! A" Q1 K9 G0 \

1 r/ Q. I9 y8 P$ oOpen "My Computer" or the Windows "explorer", click in the menu bar "Tools" & u! A( [& r, O$ q
and choose "Folder options". You will the option "Simple file sharing (recommended)"
. T1 {, t4 t, b7 I3 |, xin the index card "View". Disable this option.

2. Execute CopraRights.bat
4 h7 ]0 m0 @' ?2 B9 z, DBrowse for the file CopraRights.bat in the COPRA installation directory9 e- k: l9 y; z p
in Windows explorer (e.g. C:/Program Files/COPRA2005) and double click it.
& ]. z2 @3 c9 CYou will be asked for the name of the User who will use COPRA? 2 ~- H; T& ^* A7 w( q- [9 K) Z
Enter the name of the user and confirm with Return.2 H7 u6 n' T) v" R3 \. N, @

3. Give the User access to the registry of the computer& J- ^; z- _& u# \* y) V8 {
Click on the Windows "Start" menu select "run..." next enter "regedt32" : B9 r0 H' |, |% k4 W6 F
and confirm with OK. The Registry Editor will open.6 p: b% \3 k# V/ V0 I5 N) c
1 ^. C9 ]/ d$ H7 h* ?. _5 RBrowse in $ K9 v; K( l* w% m
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> Microsoft -> Microsoft SQL Server for the folder COPRADB.
& M/ [& f" B6 e$ `& q/ j, w, `- \A right mouse key click on this folder opens a context menu - choose the option
: B; _2 W: `8 |: e y! S5 F"permissions". Add either a Power User group or simply the desired User and give him 0 ~$ ?- C# z# z' x
