含氧化铁粉粒状脱硫剂的脱硫性能研究( y( `( U. ^5 s

3 E) k9 w. R+ ^* m+ G9 q摘 要:干法脱硫由于其脱硫剂利用率低而未达到广泛的应用,为研究高效的干法脱硫剂,在干法粒状脱硫剂8 T! p( {) t9 `
中加入金属氧化物Fe2O3作为催化剂,通过实验确定直径、蒸汽活化、加湿和加入Fe2O3粉对脱硫剂脱硫速率7 g' s$ T: y/ a, \( x
及钙利用率的影响,从而确定Fe2O3粉的催化性能并初步分析其催化机理.由曲线图中曲线对比可得,Fe2O3
7 W! O) F. B0 z6 B+ p粉的催化性能与其投加量有关,少量Fe2O3粉与过量Fe2O3粉对反应的促进作用不明显,所以存在最佳的添加! P' T7 W9 z* c$ D. E% f
量,由实验可得其最佳添加量在总质量的1.5%~6%之间.

diameter and steam activation, wetting, Fe2O3on desulphurization velocity and calcium efficiency is defined.So is derived. ~1 Z6 h9 Y A. s2 g. P
the catalysis of Fe2O3is derived and primariy analysis on the catalytic mechanism is fulfilled. From the figures the' W! b1 W ?% T8 M
catalysis of Fe2O3is connected with the quantity is obtained. Less Fe2O3and more Fe2O3cannot promote the reaction.7 _& ]1 L' k: w/ s# f0 m+ Q% F
The optical weight is caught between 1.5% and 6% of total weight from the experiments.# Y' r. T& Y8 C( A
