| 本文在对国产三套热轧窄带钢半连续式轧机的连轧机组机座刚度进行测试的基础上,研究分析了刚度测试的合理方案、相应的测试方法和测试结果,并与机座刚度理论计算值进行了对比,判明了生产线上有关测量仪表存在的问题,并回归出生产中行之有效的人工零位轧制时机座弹跳方程,可供同类轧机刚度设计或测试时参考。; S: z; m3 x6 G' U

| Based on the measurement and test of the stand rigidity for three sets of the semi-continuous narrow-strip hot mill, this paper presents the reasonable schemes for measuring and testing the stand rigidity, corresponding technique andtest results are given. A comparison between the practice and calculated values of the stand rigidity is made.
