If the Force center display option for Each punch or The selected punch is activated, and if there is not a real intersection between the cutting punch and the strip (for example: punches cutting faces already folded at a different altitude than the die plane), then the green arrow that normally appears to locate the force center is replaced by the red punch contour display . It means that this punch is not kept for cutting force computation.& t9 o1 f/ ]8 h  L: {& u
You just have to change the punch penetration (and its height) to have a real intersection between the cutting punch and the strip. Then the cutting force could be computed for this punch.
