This update corrects the following:
* d+ \4 B2 T7 ]' ~2 M * Errors within the bin\*.cmd files that are commonly used to launch

checked for the IDEAS_PARAM15 environment variable rather than6 p+ e7 l' u9 c( o0 H$ q
the IDEAS_PARAM16 environment variable.
/ U1 ?0 K$ N# f' }' r * Errors within the TDI wizard that would not allow a customer to
# A* V6 o+ I5 j/ W1 `# u( I connect to an existing TDI or migrate an existing TDI if the I-deas
