GB-T 2408-2008塑料 燃烧性能的测定 水平法和垂直法 等效采用IEC 60695 11-10:1999 以下是IEC 60695 11-10:2003的相关内容

The materials shall be classified HB, HB40 or HB75 (HB = horizontal burning) in accordance) b: a s8 K1 ~2 W

8.4.1 A material classified HB shall conform to one of the following criteria:3 T `: F& n- G4 s
a) it shall not visibly burn with a flame after the ignition source is removed;8 n& p" R1 T0 c( y( J0 X
b) if the test specimens continue to burn with a flame after removal of the ignition source, the5 w. q4 `/ b1 Z/ Z* u) {; m
flame front shall not pass the 100 mm mark;9 O, n+ q8 Y% F! o
c) if the flame front passes the 100 mm mark, it shall not have a linear burning rate exceeding
0 u0 m: u7 F' }! e& Q$ S40 mm/min for a thickness of 3,0 mm to 13,0 mm or a burning rate not exceeding7 M8 D6 Q- F* E2 W7 [
75 mm/min for a thickness of less than 3,0 mm;, G. I7 T# T- Z) d
d) if the linear burning rate does not exceed 40 mm/min for tests with 3,0 mm ± 0,2 mm$ [2 k. p. O9 u' ]2 L
thickness, it shall automatically be accepted down to a 1,5 mm minimum thickness.
4 @5 n2 T/ b# Y. [' b( _5 S8.4.2 A material classified HB40 shall present one of the following criteria:' p, {' m0 g; N1 m7 r' D& E! P
a) it shall not visibly burn with a flame after the ignition source is removed;

6 V" e8 c9 m2 V1 `8.4.3 A material classified HB75 shall not have a linear burning rate exceeding 75 mm/min, if the flame front passes the 100 mm mark. |
