GB-T 2408-2008塑料 燃烧性能的测定 水平法和垂直法 等效采用IEC 60695 11-10:1999 以下是IEC 60695 11-10:2003的相关内容( ^, e% ^; F5 c/ u* [+ B
8.4 Classification& @ O1 O3 x2 f& ?7 F, p8 p
The materials shall be classified HB, HB40 or HB75 (HB = horizontal burning) in accordance# N+ g" g, C! P2 G" p) q
with the criteria given below.
" @8 {: }! F& k3 D: U0 E8.4.1 A material classified HB shall conform to one of the following criteria:% u6 b; }: E* i& Y6 [. ]5 o ~: J
a) it shall not visibly burn with a flame after the ignition source is removed;( m: E/ h) @& y7 c0 x
b) if the test specimens continue to burn with a flame after removal of the ignition source, the: j# B% T- p3 b- C' N8 x" k
flame front shall not pass the 100 mm mark;: L! B9 t& d; F) x3 X
c) if the flame front passes the 100 mm mark, it shall not have a linear burning rate exceeding+ S5 c7 o6 ?) F+ R$ Z; \! Z8 X( y
40 mm/min for a thickness of 3,0 mm to 13,0 mm or a burning rate not exceeding
. ]; e! y# T5 I75 mm/min for a thickness of less than 3,0 mm;
" F1 i3 S7 m( K5 S- fd) if the linear burning rate does not exceed 40 mm/min for tests with 3,0 mm ± 0,2 mm! Y, A% U# K: u5 R7 C
thickness, it shall automatically be accepted down to a 1,5 mm minimum thickness.' k5 g3 e( U5 {4 v
8.4.2 A material classified HB40 shall present one of the following criteria:
3 e! o3 r6 C# _7 `* ka) it shall not visibly burn with a flame after the ignition source is removed;
2 [" P( }* \4 J) O) p( ?# \b) if the test specimens continue to burn with a flame after removal of the ignition source, it
