摘要：探讨了工业工程的方法研究技术在熔模铸造中的应用。采用“5W1H”提问技术和5 X% w3 a) X- ~/ g V/ c
“ECRS”等措施，改进了熔模铸造中蜡模制造的生产工艺过程和工人双手操作方式。改进后的工艺% d5 `# U: C3 R* K: {9 o" P1 K- z
过程大幅度提高了生产效率，减轻了工人的劳动强度，提高了产品的质量。; e( d" V# ^. x( I- V
