在国外采购的ASTM A335 P5 钢管,型号8”(219mm),壁厚8.18mm,国外工厂说合同中如果没有约定就不必做压扁试验和弯曲试验,理由是根据A335 附录说明及S3条规定压扁试验作为订货是选择要求,我的理解是A335 14条规定了压扁试验,那么就应该无条件的去做,英文我不太懂,哪位专家帮我落实一下。

the pipe from each treated lot (see Note 7). For small lots, at

Brinell, Vickers, or Rockwell hardness tests shall be made on

14.3 Bend Test:

the bent portion. The inside diameter of the bend shall be 1 in.

S1. Product Analysis

requirements shall be rejected.

S2.1 A transverse tension test shall be made on a specimen1 x9 G* B4 S# F3 U1 |, m, r

S3.1 The flattening test of Specification A 999/A 999M. W9 p- c% }# I3 T
shall be made on a specimen from one end or both ends of each

A 999M and satisfactory retest. If a specimen from any length

V5 N9 K9 o: A7 r4 |rejected, unless subsequent retesting indicates that the remaining
