1. Disable simple file sharing
. ~- u4 W: z0 L" i% C. [Open "My Computer" or the Windows "explorer", click in the menu bar "Tools"
, u. S9 y+ k$ V0 m1 q5 Xand choose "Folder options". You will the option "Simple file sharing (recommended)" 0 X7 E% v; r6 s# k8 {+ f9 v/ s
in the index card "View". Disable this option.: ~( R9 p8 z& e: C

2. Execute CopraRights.bat
5 L/ ]- Z7 c6 ~& q8 E0 RBrowse for the file CopraRights.bat in the COPRA installation directory
) @9 _9 Y. j; Q9 Q' U/ Lin Windows explorer (e.g. C:/Program Files/COPRA2005) and double click it.
1 ]! O$ f% A8 q- {5 \" \7 j" ~You will be asked for the name of the User who will use COPRA?
) C; `, z7 f: A3 D! K, A% dEnter the name of the user and confirm with Return.
# ~4 w* A) }" Y: @! K
. {. }- M! n& Q$ f4 P3. Give the User access to the registry of the computer
. p6 L* Z0 A0 UClick on the Windows "Start" menu select "run..." next enter "regedt32" 3 o# x8 b- ] W- u4 s ]1 m7 d+ P
and confirm with OK. The Registry Editor will open.

1 ^/ H# }4 W" j i: y# sHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> Microsoft -> Microsoft SQL Server for the folder COPRADB.
% Q% B4 B: B0 q ZA right mouse key click on this folder opens a context menu - choose the option
& E2 Z; J+ h8 O7 e i) C8 R, x"permissions". Add either a Power User group or simply the desired User and give him 9 N% ~" @: y; `
Read-only access.
