含氧化铁粉粒状脱硫剂的脱硫性能研究

' ^% p( ~. a2 g9 z. Y+ O5 T摘 要:干法脱硫由于其脱硫剂利用率低而未达到广泛的应用,为研究高效的干法脱硫剂,在干法粒状脱硫剂
1 n1 L" n4 V2 |6 x中加入金属氧化物Fe2O3作为催化剂,通过实验确定直径、蒸汽活化、加湿和加入Fe2O3粉对脱硫剂脱硫速率% `* t- B" Y) R7 E, Y' L5 r
及钙利用率的影响,从而确定Fe2O3粉的催化性能并初步分析其催化机理.由曲线图中曲线对比可得,Fe2O3
# {' Q. V- J+ O3 e+ O粉的催化性能与其投加量有关,少量Fe2O3粉与过量Fe2O3粉对反应的促进作用不明显,所以存在最佳的添加' U6 S, o" R+ z8 n! z3 i2 y
量,由实验可得其最佳添加量在总质量的1.5%~6%之间.
