請教Helical Gear!

Hi..

7 Z4 \- K9 I0 ~9 gIf want to design helical gear ( plastic mold/injection mold).
can I use Gear Trax to generate the gear 3D profile?
- I2 W- @( L! V- I1 }what should parameter should I need to input?
  U# z/ k  Y  _- c! omodule =0.3?
no. of gear teeth = 46
( q. S, }1 P# h3 J( Fhelix angle 20deg

any else parameter need to consider?

( ~$ @* l9 d0 g$ Y* r3 Dany gear expert can help me??

  m) x3 b% B/ T- y! d+ ~but, from net source, helical gear having two system, tranverse system and normal system, each system has different pitch.
Tranverse system pitch same as spur gear but normal system has bigger pitch.
9 \+ n7 z2 b; j+ Zdo you know well about helical gear? can share and teach me about this system?

(a) a finite element model

(b) a model with herringbone

In addition, KISSsoft can build up the model with parameters of m、alpha、z， and you can  export the model to sw,pro/e,ug,catia,think3,inventor,solidedge. but you need to provide more parameters in ansol
