GB-T 2408-2008塑料 燃烧性能的测定 水平法和垂直法 等效采用IEC 60695 11-10:1999 以下是IEC 60695 11-10:2003的相关内容; z' {$ _* ]& K
8.4 Classification: V2 A5 y- g' w: @* N# ^/ ~, M
The materials shall be classified HB, HB40 or HB75 (HB = horizontal burning) in accordance
$ a: G7 s" t _ m! f; Swith the criteria given below.
@2 p* w# R) q2 \. d8.4.1 A material classified HB shall conform to one of the following criteria:
# f! o) S" N& X8 {a) it shall not visibly burn with a flame after the ignition source is removed;
~0 ^% H/ ^: @3 mb) if the test specimens continue to burn with a flame after removal of the ignition source, the
0 q1 n/ f7 P1 f# n, O" _flame front shall not pass the 100 mm mark;+ v2 Q- z( z" {( X
c) if the flame front passes the 100 mm mark, it shall not have a linear burning rate exceeding
% c1 _* X. b+ `' q. y& g( c( e( q40 mm/min for a thickness of 3,0 mm to 13,0 mm or a burning rate not exceeding) m; H$ }* d7 I- S! k7 N
75 mm/min for a thickness of less than 3,0 mm;
) Y+ \" K$ M& s" a- l: u1 V8 j6 [d) if the linear burning rate does not exceed 40 mm/min for tests with 3,0 mm ± 0,2 mm
/ T$ A; m% W2 ]; gthickness, it shall automatically be accepted down to a 1,5 mm minimum thickness.% n2 b; y1 _3 ^0 t/ ]
8.4.2 A material classified HB40 shall present one of the following criteria:
8 Q1 S9 P' W0 n! A) N0 @( R3 K0 f+ Qa) it shall not visibly burn with a flame after the ignition source is removed;* g$ h. B- `1 Q2 i: g a9 |% n
b) if the test specimens continue to burn with a flame after removal of the ignition source, it
& D) p0 N6 s# Q2 fshall not have the flame front pass the 100 mm mark;- u; d; L( Q1 v" ~! h/ x
c) if the flame front passes the 100 mm mark, it shall not have a linear burning rate exceeding$ r3 d# e2 D" f3 L
40 mm/min.
5 e6 w4 Z- y' {) y2 G. ~8.4.3 A material classified HB75 shall not have a linear burning rate exceeding 75 mm/min, if the flame front passes the 100 mm mark. |
